Process: Cook rice and allow it to cool. Take a pan pour some oil add all ingredients fry it. mix fried ingredients and grated mango to cooked rice.Garnish with coariander leaves.

Ingredients: Saemiya

Sugar
Water
Cashew nuts
Process:Take a pan pour some ghee and fry saemiya. Take another bowl and pour water& boil it then add fried saemiya & sugar to it finally garnish with cashewnuts.
Method: Take some quantity of ghee in a pan .deep fry cashews & grated carrots & add some quantity of sugar .pour some milk &stir it continously until it is cooked.

Bottle guard masala curry: Ingredients: Bottle guard onions tomotoes garam masala salt mirchi powder oil Recepe: Take a pan pour three table spoons of oil. add a paste of tomato and onions cook for few minutes. after add bottle guard pieces to it. add salt,mirchi powder and pinch of garam masala. finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:-Tomatoes eggs onions chillies ginger,garlicpaste oil,curry leaves.
procedure: pour some oil,add onions, chilliescurry leaves,tomatoes,salt &ginger garlic paste.finally add some coriander leaves.boil eggs & add these boiled eggs to tomato curry.
